Congressman Scott Tipton (R-CO)

The NBPCA is delighted to announce that Congressman Scott Tipton (R-CO) is giving a keynote at the Power of Prepaid® on April 28th, 2016.

As a member of the House Financial Services Committee, Congressman Tipton has been vocal about the CFPB’s proposed rule on prepaid accounts. During a hearing in September 2015 he urged caution by the bureau, expressing concern that the new rule could create confusion for consumers and discourage the use of prepaid.

Commissioner Koskinen will be giving an address on the “History and Importance of the IRS Security Summit”. He will detail the benefits of partnering with industry in the States to combat tax fraud.
